Standard we supply every overpressure filter system with a multifunctional controller. This controller provides automatic pressure control of the unit and is easy to read and operate. The combination of the controller with the surface of the filter medium ensures an optimum contact time. The result is clean, safe air and a working environment that complies with current legislation.

How the controller operates

As soon as the ignition of the vehicle is on, the controller starts up the overpressure unit automatically. In addition to warning signals when no filters are present, the controller continuously monitors cabin pressure. When the preset pressure value (default 120Pa) is not reached, an alarm will sound. Also when the air reading in the cabin exceeds a value of 5 ppm (hydrocarbons) or 20 ppm (ammonia), the controller will give an alarm.
